The Northeast Iowa Business Network is a voluntary effort by the development professionals representing Northeast Iowa counties of Allamakee, Clayton, Delaware, Fayette, Howard, and Winneshiek. The Northeast Iowa Business Network was organized to promote business and economic opportunities for residents of the Northeast Iowa region through: Proactive efforts to improve the viability of existing employers; Increasing the ease of beginning and growing small businesses in the region; Attraction of new employers providing quality jobs; Assisting in the development of agriculturally related enterprises.
