DESCRIPTION:\nJoin us for this beautiful ceremony welcoming the Spring Equinox on Saturday, March 21st, 5-7:30pm.\n Gentle somatic movement will bring us into our bodies and ground us into the space. This will be guided by Laura Ollendick, 500 ERYT, and founder of the Healing Shack.\nA cacao ceremony led by Bethany Stevens, Cacao Facilitator and Regenerative Health Practitioner, will open the pathways to receiving intention/inspiration during the sound bath.\nA sound bath with Nina Smock of Resonant Heart will serve as a meditative experience to raise our frequencies.\nBethany will then guide us through intentional journaling followed by optional sharing of intentions/thoughts/feelings.\n\nPlease:• Bring a yoga mat• Reach out with questions• Reach out privately if pricing prevents you from attending.\n\n
