Together, these two limbs of the eight limbed path offer a framework for living with integrity, compassion, and balance. By integrating the Yamas and Niyama’s into daily life, individuals can foster greater peace, awareness, and purpose, creating a strong foundation for well-being, personal growth, and harmonious living.
