Rental Info

$100 Monday – Thursday I $125 Friday – Sunday & Holidays

Champlin Hall is located in the basement of the Cresco Theatre Building. Handicap accessible via chair lift.

Rental for the hall for a one-day event is $125.00 Friday – Sunday and holidays and $100 Monday – Thursday. Events must be paid for prior to receiving a key at City Hall. A $50.00 deposit is due at the time of reservation and payable to City of Cresco.

The Theatre Commission has completed the remodeling of Champlin Hall. The kitchen has remodel has been completed removing the hood from when the hall was used as the senior meal site and make the kitchen a bit smaller and more functional. The floor has been stripped and refinished. The ceiling and walls have been painted, new carpet has be installed, the bathrooms and entrance have been updated. The bathrooms are now handicap accessible.

  • There are 10 round tables, six 8-foot rectangle tables and 100 chairs provide. This accommodates approximately 100 people.
  • Kitchen provides sink, two refrigerator/freezers, two gas stoves, microwave, 100-cup coffee maker, and plenty of counter space.
  • The facility has family-friendly restrooms.
  • Utilize and enjoy our 42″ flat screen TV and wi-fi access.

Do you love your Xbox? Your PlayStation? Your Switch? What if we told you Gaming on The Big Screen is an option? You bring your gaming console and controllers and a few friends and we’ll connect it to our WIFI and projector and you can game on the big screen! Complete with some serious surround sound!

Concessions will be available. Must be 18 to rent or accompanied by an adult. Please contact the manager for rental terms and availability. A staff member will remain in the building at all times with you. No outside food or drinks are allowed in the theatre.
