Northeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging or NEI3A is a private, not-for-profit corporation serving individuals throughout 18 counties in Northeast Iowa. NEI3A connects older adults, caregivers, and persons with disabilities to the services they need to remain independent.

NEI3A coordinates services for individuals to help them maintain the independence they desire. Services we provide include option counseling, case management, meal programs, caregiver support, respite services, consumer protection, evidence base health programs, advocacy, and recreation and education programs. We serve the following counties in Iowa: Allamakee, Black Hawk, Bremer, Buchanan, Butler, Chickasaw, Clayton, Delaware, Dubuque, Fayette, Grundy, Hardin, Howard, Jackson, Marshall, Poweshiek, Tama, Winneshiek.

LifeLongLinks-Aging & Disability Resource Centers (ADRCs) are friendly, convenient places where anyone can come for information and assistance regarding programs and services available for older adults and persons with disabilities. ADRC Options Counselors help empower individuals to make informed choices about their long-term care supports and services by providing information about available resources, assisting with planning, and accessing services. ADRCs are available to help members of aging and disability communities age 18 years and over, family members, caregivers, professionals, and providers.
