The Northeast Iowa Mobility Solutions Team is a team of local economic development, transportation and employment specialists selected to participate in the national Job Access Mobility Institute through the Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA). The goal of the institute and our Northeast Iowa Team is to ensure that transportation is always the link and never the barrier to employment. The Team has been meeting for some time and has developed some new regional transportation ideas and is now in the concept evaluation stage of their project.
