Several greens are protected by water as is its signature hole, #9, a par 4 with a towering oak guarding the green. Established in 1923, Cresco Country Club was named 1988 Iowa Nine Hole Course of the Year and continues to live up to this prestigious honor. Along with the only Driving Range in Howard County, historic markers inform golfers of its notable past.
