Tuesday, May 9th and May 16th (2 sessions) from 3:45-5:30pm at Crestwood Jr High is the class Creating with Clay, #92142. This is for 7th and 8th grade students.
Students love CLAY! In this exciting class, they will see and touch examples of several ceramic projects to consider for their dimensional clay project. Then they will learn techniques to mold and form the clay for their project, let it dry and have it fired in a kiln. A week later, students will take their fired ceramic piece and glaze (color paint) to finish their design. After a final kiln-firing process, they can reclaim their ceramic masterpieces to take home.
