Holiday Kickoff & Community Complex Ribbon Cutting
Sunday, November 27th is the Holiday Kickoff with Parade and Tree Lighting along with a Ribbon Cutting and Open House for the Elma Community Complex. It all starts at 3pm with Ribbon Cutting at 4:15pm.
