Poses & Posies – Yoga with Heidi Rockweiler
Saturday, August 9th is Poses & Posies – Yoga with Laura Ollendick.
Join us for a morning of rest and reset with Laura Ollendick as she leads Yoga on the Farm from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Laura is the owner of The Healing Shack, a space for self-discovery and open expression. She is an RYT 500, Reiki Master, Teacher Trainer, and Medicinal Aromatherapist. After class, enjoy a delicious scone and pick your own beautiful flower bouquet!
Details:
–Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, or use one of ours. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle!
-General parking is available in the field across the street.
-Accessible parking is available onsite only.
-Absolutely no outside alcohol
–No pets (service animals only)
–No smoking
Pre-register, $30+tax, includes:
• 60 minutes of guided yoga instruction for ANY level and ability.
• Enjoy a delicious baked good after your yoga class, as well as a pitcher for u-picking your own flower bouquet. You are encouraged to bring your own vase or two otherwise we have some on-site for sale.
