HAWC Carnival Day
It’s Carnival Day at the Howard County Fairgrounds on Saturday, March 22nd from 2-5pm. Open and free to the public with bouncy houses and obstacle course, games, snacks and resources. Sponsored by HAWC Partnership for Children of Northeast Iowa.
