NICC: Join the Liquid Gym
Need a challenging workout that doesn’t impact your joints? It’s at the ‘liquid gym’! This ain’t your grandma’s water aerobics; you will increase your energy, stamina and strength with this higher intensity program that includes cardio conditioning alternating with strength/balance and core training segments. In addition to all the fitness benefits of water exercise, you may even find you’re getting a better night’s sleep.
