Friday, February 14th is the Valentine’s Day Sweetheart Ski/Stroll on the Wapsi-Great Western Line Trail in Riceville from 5-8pm.

Take your sweetie for a fun ski/stroll down the luminary-lit WGWL Trail. The trail head is located at 110 East Main Street in Riceville. Mitchell County Conservation will have cross-country skis and fat-tire bikes available to try for free or bring your own ski/snowshoe gear. We will also have a bonfire for warming up with s’mores and hot cocoa. If there is no snow, we invite you to take a stroll down the trail instead.
